Incredible Workplaces is a global nonprofit organization with a presence in India, Costa Rica, and the UAE. The certification recognizes organizations that excel in creating a positive and engaging work environment.

Based on employee feedback and external evaluation, this recognition helps job seekers identify organizations with a strong workplace culture, while also providing employers with a globally recognized, research-backed validation of their people practices.

Certification Methodology

The certification is based on a comprehensive assessment of workplace culture through:

Organizations require a minimum of 75% to be certified and with an outstanding 90% score, Meridian IT India has significantly exceeded the benchmark.

This achievement is a testament to the collective efforts of our teams, leadership, and the inclusive culture we continue to build together.

People Workplace Award

People Workplace Award was given to Meridian IT India in its fiscal year of 2023-2024 provided by the HR Association of India (HRAI). The focus of HRAI is to highlight and advocate for people-centric, performance-driven workplaces and impactful initiatives for the evolving work industry. The achievement of the People Workplace Award indicates the great work culture that Meridian IT India holds.
